The Wall Street Journal on July 28,2000 said::


Bristol-Myers Squibb spokesman Patrick Donohue said the company's sales representatives promote the free drug program to doctors. Like other drug makers, Bristol-Myers won't disclose its income criteria but said its program is "very generous" compared with federal programs.
